No, INEC constantly add new PU to existing one so as to smoothing the election process

Imagine a street that has 500 voters with 2 pu, INEC now add extra PUs, sometimes the new PU is in a different location or sometimes they create another PU in same location…. Some primary school might have up to 5 PU in the same school

The problem is most people don’t know about the new PU especially when it’s a new location and will just choose a PU their relative or friend used during the last election

Lol. INEC has just created room for drama. Expect politicians to exploit this lacuna. It's one thing to cancel votes where the electoral guidelines were not adhered to, but it's another to outrightly disenfranchise eligible voters. Something tells me the supreme court might yet deliver a technical judgment. The 1999 constitution has kept us going in circle.
