How does this relate to the difficulty people are experiencing in switching from old notes to new notes? How are the people to blame for the scarcity of new notes?

This is not a Tinubu vs Atiku vs Obi discussion so i don't know where this talk of deliverers is coming from.

Instead of destroying ATMs and banks they should match to government house, or CBN offices or campaign grounds or whatever. Why destroy the infrastructure that you will still need tomorrow. Have you ever met a senator at the ATM before?

At that point of persistent denial by the suspects, it was learnt, a willing woman volunteered to test him, but no response, forcing the victim to call his girlfriend, who also arrived, tried as she could to revive her man’s organ, but failed after several attempts.

Make I just share small heads-up on how to get cash(New notes) from banks in this tough times:

1. Try and locate any of the new commercial banks/islamic banks closest to you. (When I mean new banks, I mean banks like parallex, Jaiz bank, Globus, Premium Trust bank, Lotus bank, etc)

2. Open an instant personal account with them. Some of them have DSA's who would guide you through opening an account via their mobile apps which u will download from your app store ; while others have agents outside the bank handing account opening forms to customers.

3. When u are done with opening the accounts, you can trasfer cash from any of your bank accounts to the new account you just opened and u will be able to withdraw at least 10k over the counter immediately( Their withdrawal limits vary depending on the amount of cash they have at hand and the number if customers waiting to withdraw cash)

4. After successfully withdrawing over the counter, u can still withdraw cash off their ATM's outside. (They dedicate at least one or two ATM machine to solely their customers for withdrawal)

NB: It's advisable u run this package early in the morning before other people already frustrated by their banks will join the queue to scatter things .

Yes it's true. One of them told my wife she bought 40k with 4k from market women.

She now sold the 40k with 8k. She said people were even rushing it.

The POS girl..gave d informant 2k and persuaded d woman with another 5k...

Meaning she helped her deposited 205k and the even save her from bank and cab stress.

She was even happy and started collecting 7h per 5k which was 3h lower than her colleagues in d biz

CBN was to release up to N500bn back into the system according to them after the initial deadline. The extension of the deadline made them keep back most of that as old notes were still in circulation. What happened next was that most of the fraction that were released were hijacked by state governors and other politicians. In essence, the current shortage is caused by the state governments who want to frustrate the efforts of the CBN, due to the coming election. Buba Galadima said on TV that a governor in the NW has 21bn, a governor in the South has 100m. So the issue has become complicated simply because there was no compliance from everyone.

Even in Lagos, u will not sit in Ikorodu or Iyana Isashi and expect this method to work for u. You need to sacrifice almost a day, drive down to business districts like Victoria Island, Marina, Ikeja etc and run the level. It's not easy as it seems on paper but u go surely get cash at least 20k wey u go dey use run local purchase.

I understand your point but still the said 21billion Galadima talked about is in old notes not new notes.

All the same these policy is affecting the average Nigerian because of failure in implementation whether caused by governors or not. CBN should have done their homework properly and anticipated these outcomes so the common man won't be finding it hard like this. The Governors and top politicians aren't feeling it, they just want money for election where as the common man just needs money to buy food and other basic stuff.
