I am assuming the consent form under registration summary to be the consent form...I am still waiting since they said they would mail us later ---"Another email will be sent with details of your documentation process and how to get your scholarship award letter."

You don't actually need email to be sure you are awarded. Does your portal looks anything like the screenshot above?

This happened for PRESSID Scholars. When Buhari came into power, the PRESSID Scholarship was cancelled.

It is very easy to obtain UK admission and it is free. If you had 2.2, choose low rank school like Salford university, MMU, BCU e.t.c to obtain admission.

If you had 2.1 and First class, go for top ranked school like University of Birmingham, Imperial college, University College London, University of Manchester e.t.c. Most of the high ranked school will reject 2.2 for admission.

it dosent take long to reflect except maybe network is bad. but in any case just give it time or rather try making payment the 2nd time

welcome onboard man and yes, personal statement is same as SOP. While i might not really picture what you meant by 'comprensive SOP' but note this;
Avoid too much big grammar
Tailor down your writings on yourself, career goals, link your intended discipline to oil and gas and further stress on its relevants. then fnally link it to ur country nigeria.

you can go ahead to apply for the scholarship without an admission letter but applying for an admission puts you on a safe side. physics is road so if am to advise you i'll say you stick to a branch or physics/engineering which suits the oil n gas sector(a physics area you have intrest in i mean) and go for the M.sc and not the PHd(i dont know why but i feel this is your best shot)
