I am fed up of the klasha address verification. Bank statement I can't upload in PDF. And the image uploaded despite having same name and address it gets bounced.

My GTB have a different address so I am yet to try that one.

Utility bill doesn't bare my name either.

The thing is very easy honestly. In fact, It didn't take me more than 20 mins to complete the registration process, and each stage of the registration was approved immediately. It only took less than 24hrs for them to approve my Utility bill, and I got a message early the following day notifying me of complete registration. As per the bill, I don't think it has anything to do with your name reflecting on it; as the one I uploaded doesn't bear my name, but the house owner's. I guess they just want to verify the address on the utility bill to know whether it tallies with the one submitted on the registration form.
The only area I believe people could have challenge relates to that of "virtual NIN number", which involves downloading NIMC application from playstore to process it. It's somehow technical but easy to do if instructions provided are sequentially followed.

I requested for refund from AliExpress and I got a notification that I have been refunded but the money is yet to reflect on my Uba account, I chatted with their cc and they request for ARN which I sent to them, now they sent I form to my mail to print, filled and scan so they can initiate a charge back b4 I can get my money. Are all this necessary? I think the money ought to reflect in my account since I have been refunded. Who has gone through this pls.

Quite a few banks are experiencing network gridlock this period, UBA falls into that category. So, the money could be hanging on the net. Filling the dispute form given to you would enable them trace it's whereabouts.

I have followed all instructions for the Address verification but not working. I don't get why two exact addresses copied as it is is still not approved. They can keep their services. Alternatives full ground.

Modified: Apparently they have a beef with the other banks used because I tried with my GTB which I purposely didn't want to use and it worked.
