Messi, Mbappe, Nadal, others nominees for Laureus World Sportsman of the year award.

Paris Saint-Germain forwards, Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi, have been included in Laureus World sportsman of the year nominees.

The Laureus World Sports Award for Sportsman of the Year is an annual award honouring the achievements of individual men from the world of sports.

Both Messi and Mbappe have been impressive for both club and country over the last.

Messi – World Cup, CONMEBOL–UEFA Cup of Champions, Trophée des Champions

Mbappe – World Cup runner-up, Ligue 1, Trophée des Champions

Stephen Curry – NBA Championship

Max Verstappen – F1 Drivers Championship

Rafael Nadal – Australian Open, French Open champion, won 22 Grand Slams.
