Even though I have the capacity but it is foolishness to spent much on the roofing.. A house I may rent out tomorrow if God uplift me more...

With the current cost of wires, I am very sure that this amount is only to run wires through the holes and ceilings to Db. You will still spend far more when you want to buy fittings like sockets, switches , bulbs etc.

Pls what is the normal height for overhead tank, I was advised to use concrete which the under will serve as a generator house...
