how many times your TRF went smoothly? Many times I tried it with GTB access and first bank, it does not go. Very frustrating
it has been seamless with Polaris bank. I'm not even exaggerating.

It would just limit it but these politicians they are the one that surchange us and bought the new notes from banks with their influence. I saw with my korokoro eye, how APC aspirants were campaigning and boasting that they don't transfer money that they come with cash and that was what they dropped for their supporters. Minimum given to each heads was #50,000.
you don't get it, these is presidential election, you need billions, if you give a party chieftain 1million, he will pocket it, least he will drop 20k, it's now I will know how loyal those northern governors are to Tinubu, can they help him with their own money, now that the billions he gave to them have become tissue paper, Moreover they have their governorship candidates to deliver, well it looks Dicey.

Oga between now and Saturday many will still die of hunger or lack of medical care that could have been averted with their little 3k in the bank.

You may not know this; that many people survive on little stipends as low as that.
I don't completely disagree with you Sir. Your leaders have weaponized hunger to keep people perpetually dependent on hand to mouth survival. This way people cannot even sustain any revolt. They want to continue on this tangent. We should stop them.

They made a mistake delivering the first judgement against the pronouncement of the president in the first place. They should have protected the authority of the Supreme Court by not getting involved in this roforofo. You don't warn someone not to do something when you don't have authority to deliver the consequences. Your judgement should be Supreme, protect ur supremacy first. Don't bark at who you cannot bite.
The bolded is why I label Nigeria a jungle. In a sane society, the Judiciary is empowered to check the Executive where there is alleged abuse of power. Together with the legislature, they all are three distinct and equal arms of government. But in Nigeria, the judiciary is in a subdued position. That's why things have turned out this way. The whole legal profession needs real re-orientation and reform. All the voluminous works read, critical legal analyses done and strict etiquette observed means nothing if the Profession doesn't get the respect it deserves

Can we all now see what Buhari & his cabal have turned d judiciary into... A very political judiciary, all bcuz Buhari has no respect for d rule of law. The apex court even saying they'd nt accept being used as a scapegoat in d political war. Buhari has subjugated other arms of government. Democracy is in turmoil! Buhari's 8 yrs reign will continue to live in infamy. I blame that Tinubu for all this though.
oga rest , is it today buhari is disobeying court orders ? Same APC politicians and supporters were praising him when he did that severally. Why are they crying now cause it's affects them more than the masses.. did they wail like this during ASUU strike, owo massacre, southern Kaduna massacre, train bombing. Think bro

Breaking News:

What if Tinubu is not really a Nigerian?
Was he originally from or maybe traced to Benin Republic?

Just like Atiku's genealogy can be traced to Cameron?

Supreme Court adjourning this case was another masterclass strategy. After 25 February & 11 March, the case will HV BN rendered untenable, irrelevant and inconsequential.

You can't know more than Justice Okoro who stated that the exparte order stands pending the determination of the suit.

So if you and your landlord are in court and the judge issues an exparte order that you should remain in the house while the case is determined, are you saying your landlord can throw you out immediately after the next sitting?
You are right.

E come be like na only you get sense for this thread.

Old notes remain legal tender till March 3 the next hearing date.

I don't understand how you guys reason. Do you know banks are collecting old currency now till after election, therefore those monies are still useful. So what changed to use it for vote buying? I think CBN just punish Nigerians unnecessary
Thank you.

A 49yr old person is not elderly. An older person would be preferable.
49 is just middle age.

You are very correct. I agree with you. The true independence of the judiciary and legislature is what can reverse this. Unfortunately for that to happen it still needs the support of the president whose excessive power we are trying to check. Are we going to get a president that will do that. Sometimes I feel Nigeria was set up to fail.

Lawyers in the house, does this not make the last pronouncement of continued use of the old notes to remain until the case is heard? If yes, then the governors may have obtained what they wanted already.

If not, then that is serious confusion for all those that are affected, including the citizens.
