INEC is playing a dangerous game. Most of these Anambra PVCs marked as collected didn't get to their rightful owners. Some were thrown away by bad eggs in INEC. I hope their data were not tampered with.

Oga, I distribute PVC for INEC as a corp member. You register the numbers collected. Anyone that is not collected through INEC is termed uncollected. So those in the bush are not part of the calculation
