There are bunch of home remedies you can try to whiten your teeth , dentist are somewhat too expensive but If you have the money then visit a dentist.
But then you can try out these home remedies
Buy turmeric powder.
Buy coconut oil .
Buy a soft toothbrush
Get a concentrated fluoride toothpaste
Mix them all and apply to your toothbrush . And don’t rinse your mouth immediately after use but you can drink some water after some minutes.
Make sure to Brush twice daily. Morning and night.
If your really consistent you should notice changes after a week or two.

They don't even contain fluoride and don't protect the teeth from decay.
