Those cards were legit. INEC recorded those cards as collected while they went and dump it inside the Bush. The hunters were not hunting PVC. They saw those cards by accident.

At the polling units, if the INEC officials give you 2 ballot papers as if by mistake, do not thumbprint the 2 ballot papers and think that you are helping OBI, no. The BIVAS machine will detect that you thumbprinted twice and the result of that polling unit will be cancelled.. That is one one of the tricks they want to use to reduce OBI'S votes.
The INEC officials will give the double or more ballot papers to you as if by mistake, no it is deliberate, and they will do this in all areas that Obi has more followers. I have not seen where hunters are now hunting pvc Instead of Bush meat ....this is very untelligent comment . On.many occasions hunters do discoucer dead bodies in the forest ...due to there effort , family members are notify about the dead of there love once ...hunters do help kidnap victims in the line of there duties...if they find a strange bag and open it to discover pvc ...isn't something to be surprise ...politicians are capable of many things . It is very clear that the entire pvc system n that local government might not be upto 300k, however the total number of those pvc found is not also upto 50k.

It was a deliberate plan by someone in Inec to disenfranchise those people so that they will use them to rig elections. From INec data base, morethan 90% of pvc there have been collected. Someone in the Inec ticked that all have collected meanwhile they dumped it inside boss. I just pity the said staff that collected money to do such thing, from the look of things, the plans did not work so he/she will have to vomit the money.

But come to think of it if we want to look at this thing logically, Why would someone who wants to disenfranchise people go and dump the PVC inside forest? If he doesn't want them to have it ever can he incinerate them? If he just want to keep them till the election is over are there no safer places to keep a bag containing PVCs in his house or anywhere else apart from that bush path where someone could find it the way it was just found?

As the INEC official said, the people whose PVCs appear there should be located and confirm from them if they ever received their PVCs from INEC to determine if the ones found are clones or not.

I said according to INEC records, they have all collected their PVCs. The recoverd PVC are part of the already collected ones according to INEC.

INEC should stop deflecting the truth. No one mentioned millions, when the entire PVC in that state is just about 2million. It's possible for a rogue staff to throw them away and marked them as collected. Those PVCs in that video may not be more than 2000
