I just read a news about Indian actress that committed suicide because of break up. I decide to read more about the news. I swear I really cried watching the video of her funeral, her mother was really crying while she watch her daughter dead body been burned. Her name is tunisha Sharma. Pls I want to urge we guys to never underestimate the power of depression. It is a silent killer. If you think your depression is getting worse visit a therapist. I always get depressed too but listening to nf songs, cruising and joking on nairaland is my cure

Depression is a deposition of the mind.
Being broken is a disposition of the heart, it goes beyond the mind.
What heart break can cause depression cannot cause it.
Now I'm not here to justify killing oneself cuz me too I've been depressed,I've being heart broken but I didn't not die. But if someone does I can't be surprise. Cuz I almost went mad for heart break
