I just meant that margin (~ 150K) makes it a PDP state in terms of the presidential election. It is not a 50-50 like Katsina. For Atiku to win he needs more of these 'PDP' states (irrespective of the political affiliation of the governor). If he doesn't he won't catch and Tinubu will be declared winner.
