Atiku Couldn't Hold The North. by Ibtxxo: 5:55pm On Feb 27, 2023 |
I am really disappointed in him. Tinubu won his region with enough votes while Mumu Atiku couldn't win his region. It is a very shameful thing. 9 Likes 1 Share |

Atiku is just an overrated politician. The reason he was even able to pull up to 12m votes in 2019 was because of Peter Obi. Now that Peter Obi has left him, his emptiness has been exposed. 6 Likes |

Don't the fools blaming Obi, when Atiku in PDP with all their structures could not his region. Moreover, if Obi have agreed to deputise a Fulani, after another Fulani tenure, some of us wouldn't have supported. Good he tried his popularity, and had an outstanding outing, he can build from there 2 Likes |

Skankamola:It wasn't low. The Bvas was designed not to accredit a large chunk of people. And so many people didn't vote across the country. So Bvas had network issues... INEC owes Nigerians an apology. Cos they can't tell us that after 4 years of intensive preparation, this is what they could come up with? |

One voter turnout in this election is extremely low Two there stands and statements made by atiku that were not popular (cash swap policy) Three poor grassroot mobilization Fourth peter obi did not create a new base.obi reduced the pdp voter base(i.e dividing the votes that would have naturally gone to atiku) Five atiku did not generate a new voter base 1 Like |

I told them that Atiku was a lightweight in the North, Someone that didn't win any Northern state in 2019 Peter Obi Performed better for PDP in 2019 |

I wonder why believe inec and workability of bvas. Inec boasted and even posted on their 2019 website election was going to be determined by server. it was on the premises of inec using server that Atiku went to court in 2019 and we all saw the turnaround by inec |

Atiku should go hide his head in shame. This election exposed him and so many politicians. Obi is the man. Go punish anyone who blames Obi for atiku's loss. Ordinary north, he couldn't hold. Obi with his new party defeated APC in Lagos. No one could have thought. All thanks to Northern Christians. Their votes really helped Obi up north. For Yoruba Christians, when the terrorists strike, they will be reminded with "where is the cow?" Anyways, congratulations to Shettima in advance. 1 Like |

IDeyNL:Ondo and Ekiti people shocked me the most. They should not worry, time will tell. As for Atiku, he is a lightweight politician being boosted by Igbo support. Igbos and Niger Delta have always been Atiku's strongest ally and he lost them as soon as Peter Obi left PDP. Peter Obi is the greatest Nigerian politician dead or alive. The only Nigerian politician to have used an almost dead party to become a major contender in less than 8 months without aligning with political criminals. Imagine Peter Obi single handedly defeated Tinubu and all his mercenaries in Lagos, Abuja and co, ah, Peter Obi na Lion. God bless Peter Obi I won't support him contesting again cos Nigerians need to suffer well well and if possible let the impending suffering lead to final disintegration of Nigeria so all regions can go test their strength and competence in building a great nation of their own without blaming any tribe for their failures. Atiku and Wike made Tinubu to win this election even though Tinubu rigged massively using APC Governors while PDP also rigged in their own states. People should blame Atiku and Wike, two corrupt unpopular politicians destroying PDP's chances using their stolen wealth. |

franchasofficia:Obi and kwamkwaso are the two major factors that made sure atiku never won And the low turnout of voters is a huge factor |

Re: Atiku Couldn't Hold The North. by franchasofficia: 7:06pm On Feb 27, 2023 |
baralatie:Nothing concern low voter turnout, results are based on those that voted so it affected but Tom Dick and Harry. Obi was frustrated out, he didn't just wake up and leave, Wike and the Governors bullied him out. Atiku first told Wike that PDP ticket should be microzoned to Southeast and that he wont contest, but Wike said which Southeast, that nothing like Southeast, that it should be zoned to South and Atiku said if you say South its cheating, that if it cant be microzoned to SE that let the ticket be thrown open and that he would like to repeat 2019 ticket with Obi. Wike again hurriedly went and deceived the PDP Governors and they reacted a consensus that whoever emerges as the PDP candidate must pick a running mate among the serving Governors who he said have been funding the party. Obi listened to youths that warned him not to deputize anybody and picked PDP ticket. PDP delegates and Governors started demanding outrageous delegate fee, Obi refused to pay and said he will step down from contesting instead that he cant bribe anybody. Atiku won and repeated his desire to repeat with Obi, Wike rejected and thought Atiku would pick him, Atiku picked Okowa, Wike started intensifying the Ayu step down issue. Obi got advised to try from another party, Pat Utomi invited him to Labor party and that was it. So blame useless Wike, foolish PDP Governors and Atiku. 1 Like |

baralatie: QED Finito. Obi split Atiku’s votes. He didn't create a new base. It is Kwankwaso you can say reduced Atiku’s votes in the North. |
