The Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has won the presidential election in Abia State. The results announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission on Monday showed that the LP polled a total of 327,095 voted, way ahead its closest rival, the Peoples Democratic Party, which polled 22,676 votes. No rigging here since even those who wanted to vote other parties were threatened as we saw in the videos. Unfortunately, nearly is not enough. Obi understood his assignment and he did it perfectly to pave way for a Southern President in the person of Bola Ahmed Tinubu. See the margin of wins in the SE and compare with that of SW or North then know where the actual rigging took place. Meanwhile, kudus to Labour Party for a great showing. This has set a template that it can be done and we have done it. |
