INEC made my worst fear come true

after shouting BVAS BVAS BVAS for several months at the end of the day they couldnt even transmit result in any state at all. If the BVAS didnt transmit in few states, we could have excused INEC but it didnt transmit in ANY state. C'mon INEC then why did u waste our taxpayers money and time and expectation?

Lols. It's such a shame though. They left so many loopholes for rigging. I have been thinking to myself, why is it that we can't even just one thing completely right in this country?

In one of the videos I saw, an INEC Staff was caught trying to Manipulate the election result and people were telling him to do the right but he was adamant. The citizens are also a big problem too.

1. What happens, or should happen, when a Party Agent does not sign in agreement? Should the Form be passed onto a superior Collating Officer?

2. What happens when the authentic, filled Form from the Polling Unit is not what is received by a superior Collating Officer, especially when all Party Agents do not sign?

3. Where there are not eighteen (18) Party Agents (for each Party), how does a superior Collating Officer verify how many signatures should authenticate the Form for collation?

4. Why should aggrieved Party Agents be required to submit their complaints at the National Collation Centre, when an absence of the technological upload makes the INEC official the only authenticator? Why not wait for the Tribunal, instead?

5. Why cancel results from Polling Units, but go ahead to submit results to the National for announcement?

6. What is the hope for democracy, when we have conflicting Polling Unit results (Social Media vs. INEC announced)

7. Why should a cancellation from a Tribunal (rather than a pre-conclusive INEC review) possibly distort the efforts of majority of voters?

8. What is the role of the police during elections, seeing as there are already a number of observers? How does their report affect an announced election result?

9. What happens if APC rejects the submission from the South East?

In summary, the deployment of technology to improve processes fail when gaps are executed manually.
Experience from the Officer taken in for questioning on Osun State over-voting has not noticeably improved INEC's performance. A drawn-out legal battle could result.

The funny thing in all of these I that nobody is talking about the intimidation, bullying, and beating that happened in the East against voters of APC. An elderly man was manhandled openly. We saw open rigging, but because they lost out eventually, see their tears everywhere. grin

That being said, politicians are more of the problem and not INEC. Nobody will risk his/her life on the integrity of the process when their life is in danger.

Since there is rigging in south East let use BVAS and the correct results from polling units will emerge. You people don't have shame at all... I thought north is the problem of Nigeria but no the Yurobas are the real problem of this county, they can never say the truth... Always looking for a way out.

Nigerians know the candidate they ever wanted. And we voted massively for the candidate only for INEC to collaborate with APC and PDP to manipulate the whole election.

Up till now 0ver 15 States electoral officers are still with their election results. Preparing manually so that they can present tomorrow after enough manipulations
There is no need for INEC to continue again in the conduct of 11 March governorship Election. New INEC CHAIRMAN should be appointed to take over.
Refusing to upload the election results from the polling unit into their server and portal immediately after the elections is a delibrate act to manipulate the elections results to favour the ruling party.
If Peter Obi could win TINUBU in his own zone
Then INEC should not TAKE the voice of the masses for granted.

Exactly!

Why won't party agents sign if it's free and fair?
Every election is done at the polling units and party agents receive results sheets of each election which is what we have in BVAS, you should be asking why is INEC afraid of the BVAS? Why are disobeying our constitution when it says transmit after elections at each polling unit.

Yeah.

The former President of Malawi should also go to court.

Well, she's done her job, and that's to tell the truth.

APC will be confident to say "go to court" because the court ma, na scam.
