Someone at INEC headquarters did the upload under pressure and mixed it up. INEC was hassled to do it due to the embarrassing situation they found themselves in as news of widespread rigging spread.

Those youth corpers are stack semi-illiterates.They graduated by buying handouts and bribing lecturers for grades.

My brother, I checked it now. Even in Orlu where elections did not hold due to insecurity, they uploaded Jigawa result sheet. This is more serious than I thought. God have mercy on us. If it was one or two it may pass as a mistake but this one is all the polling units were affected. Jigawa all through
