I have even gone for capturing,and it's over 2weeks now, but no response yet from them.

Please I need your urgent response. I'm visiting Nigeria on the 15th to be back to the UK on the 28th March. My passport expires on the 15th April.
I have done my biometrics since 13th February but haven't gotten the new passport yet.

Will I be allowed to leave Nigeria and enter the UK with a passport that expires in 18days?

My BRP is valid till 2027, I'm just confused, don't know why the passport renewal is taking this long.

I am in a similar dilemma, am travelling this morning(14th March 2023) to the UK with a passport that will be expiring in 2 months and 28 days, fingers crossed, what was your traveling experience like?

Good morning,justwise and other gurus, Is it possible for my wife to use her about-to-expire passport to apply for visa online, and go for biometrics with a new passport. Her passport is not yet ready, but am hopeful that it will be ready before she go for biometrics.Hope the different passport numbers will not be an issue.Can she submit the new passport for biometrics? I hope you get my question sir

Passport will expire June 13,that's about 3months. PoF matured today.

Even if the new passport was not accepted during the biometric she can still get the visa issued on the old passport but she has to carry the two passports when traveling

Please were you able to travel. Cause I have same issue, Passport expiring soon but I have a UK BRP.
Please your response will help calm me down.

Good morning please my son got captured for his passports renewal on the 22nd of March, 2023 while the system generated 19th of May, 2023 as the date of collection.. However the passport was not ready on the date given for collection..

Consequently, this has put the date of appointment for my son in the US Embassy into jeopardy as he is scheduled for June 1st, 2023 and he is to present a reissued passport because the old passport will expire in August.

Please what's the way forward? Can he go with the old passport for the interview while we await the renewal? Help a worried mum
