ethiopian flight meal. sometimes there were only macaroni in all dishes. this time better.

bought the food from an old woman at the corner. amala and meat . i like the combination, a little spicy , makes my mouth mucous.

a papaya tree. free organic food. i piled dozens of them under my bed. replenished everyday.

my papaya stock , the first day batch..not many . but i kept searching . many ownerless trees around here.

encountered an igbo driver. he said some politically sensitive things to me , and he later feared i would tell other nigerians around . but i just took him to be a chat buddy.

inside the house of my friend. he lived with his father. the photos on the wall. we talked a lot and left his daddy at home watching tv and we two went out to have a walk.

my french language translator. just kidding. but he did know french. a fast learner.

i forgot his name after 2 years . this time when i saw him i recognized him, but could not tell his name. he was excited to see me.

another guy was the same. i forgot his name after thinking 2 minutes. but he literally jumped up two feet in the air when he met me on the road. very happy to see them !
