The bolded is true....sadly! Ndigbo take that independent streak a bit too far sometimes....ending up being too smart for our own good! Part of the problem is the dwindling Igbo consciousness over the years since the end of the uncivil war! A lot of Igbo politicians are more Nigerian than they are Igbo, while the reverse is largely the case for politicians from the other two major ethnicities, esp' the Fulani!
