1. The figures used were gotten from Only the result-sheets that were uploaded to the INEC’s IREV-Portal; and that means, the only source of the data used is from the INEC’s IREV-Portal Alone, and no other sources.

**(Even though there are some of the original results from the Polling-units which were totally different from those result-sheets that were uploaded into the INEC’s IREV-Portal which were “clean and untampered”; We still used those uploaded results-sheets like that and assumed that they were the correct original result-sheets from the Polling-units.)**


2. Result-sheets that have cancellations (no matter how little the cancellations are) are assumed to be “mutilated results”, and they were all omitted.

3. Result-sheets that are blurred were all omitted too.

4. And finally, all Polling-units where Federal-Constituency Results or Senatorial Results were uploaded were all omitted too.

Obi could never have won this election, no matter how you look at it. Take a second look at his numbers in the core north, he did very poorly.

Go and check that Rumueme again, it must have been rigged. Practically impossible for APC to have 3000 and LP 400 in that election

All results didnt tally. APC has no less than 20 Governors and all those states inflated APC votes.

For e.g in Lagos LP actually got 900k against APC's 100k. APC didnt even get 25% in Lagos

Before you begin experiments,, you only have hypothesis, and categorisations of your expected results..

So that, at the end of your experiments, whatever results you get, you can use the results to know what the exact outcomes of your experiment.
