First: you must have the highest vote
Second: you must have 25% of 2/3 of the state in the federation

It seems most of you don't get it.
Even if Obi wins 35 states and Tinubu wins 2 state, if Tinubu should have more votes than Obi and he is able to get more than 25% I. 2/3 of the states in the federation. Tinubu is the winner.

My own arithmetic shows none of the 3 contenders made the 25% benchmark in the required states
