Another lamba! They kept on insulting the sensibility of the citizens of this nation with lies and propaganda. Power has been trusted to the APC for a decade. The only thing that has threaded and woven through these years is hunger and lack on the part of the masses, legalization of personal and institutionalized corruption, systematic stealing lawlessness and stalk disregard for the pain of its citizens. Nigeria's inflation rate is now at 33.69% - April 2024. The highest in 28yrs (since Mar 1996). Since the turn of the new year, the naira, which was floated almost a year ago has witnessed a dramatic depreciation, leaving a devastating mark on organised businesses across the board. The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) low net FX reserves and the defense of the naira sparked risk-off sentiments amongst foreign investors and limited inflows from Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) with multi- national companies leaving Nigeria in droves. The prices of staple foods like beans and maize have increased by 300 to 400 per cent over the past year following the removal of the fuel subsidy and the depreciation of the naira. Inflation is outpacing the ability of families to cope, making essential food items unaffordable. Nothing new here! Lies and propaganda does not translate to good governance. The Tinubu’s led APC government never came with a good intention. Buhari's and Tinubu's regime are the backbone of the structure of criminality that has brought this nation on its knee. The level of rots and corruption that are being perpetrated by these two men is unforgivable 62 Likes 7 Shares

This is just incredible. Inflation is on a galloping 2-digits drive while foreign investors are leaving Nigeria in droves. Yet these idiots are talking shit? Nothing new! The APC came in empty hence have to recruit mummified zombies who have simply perfected the use of lies and propaganda as official policies of governance. 6 Likes

Where have this man been sef? Seems his job description is a "behind the scene" something As for what he said, I can't argue with him, the lens through which he's looking at Nigeria is definitely different from mine and that of many others 13 Likes 3 Shares |

yarimo:What we're they planning to celebrate in the first place? Someone that supposed to be apologizing to Nigerians for plunging them into severe hardship. Price of fuel, high inflation, hunger, poverty, insecurity, lost of human lives, or cost of food? For your information, it has really been 9 years of untold hardship, miserable rule, looting, failures and backwardness under the APC except if you choose to remain warped in your delusion. Meanwhile the scorecard so far; -1). Driving Job Creation: Band-F minus. -2). Economic Growth: Band-F minus. -3). Food Security, Band-F minus. -4). Poverty Eradication, Band-F minus. -5). Access to Capital: Band-F minus. -6). Rule of Law, Lawless -7). Anti-Corruption War: Corruption Legalised -8 ). Inclusive Development. Retrogression. 10 Likes |

For this same Nigeria that is almost a nightmare to wake up to? By removing subsidy, prices of basic living went through the roof What about inflation, should we mention insecurity? You floated the Naira without finding any form of cushion for the masses. You just left the chips fall where they might like this is a wilderness. Should we talk about how almost impossible it has been for you to roll out minimum wage to help cushion the hardship? But I'm certain there will be people who will defend you like their lives depends on it so they should have at it 12 Likes 1 Share |

Well, these are actually not bad, but the bottomline is, how has it impacted the common man? Particularly purchasing power? Any policy/policies of government that drastically reduces the purchasing power of the common man cannot be termed good or positive. So while the achievements rolled out by Akume do sound good, the impact on the common man is bad, therefore such policies cannot in socio-economic reality be said to be achievements. |
