BVAS is an evidence to be presented to the tribunal. Why will an evidence be tampared with in name of "CONFIGURING"?? USELESS INEC, BVAS MACHINE just like useless Zenith bank and all it staffs and boardmember, CEO's

Then what should INEC DO, governorship election is just 5days away .. go n buy another BVAS or conduct the election without BVAS ??

If they want BVAS, INEC should give them BVAS! Obi cannot claim he won in a place where his tribe men killed Tafawa Balewa in cold blood by the same person he adopted and fed! So give them the BVAS! Did OBI not win in South East and even South South and Plateau? So give them access to BVAS... Nonsense!

But Thieffnubu can win in a place where OPC supported by Thieefnubu killed Hausas?

Onye mgbu

Postpone the election by two weeks.

Elections have been postponed two days to d day. It's not a new thing.

We have to get the process right. No evidence should be swept under the carpet. The monumental fraud by INEC and APC must be unearthed.

LP and PDP should get an injunction already stopping this criminal organisation

I don't know why the Labouring in vain party and their head office, the Poverty Development Party are crying up and down. If the so called server has replaced the manual collation, why would inec go through the stress of collating from units to wards to LG, to State and federal? They said they will upload just for you to view, you turned it to the ultimate collation. Useless sore losers.
You are sounding very dumb...

Even if INEC intentions are true, this sounds suspicious, particularly at this time when the tampering of the bvas is one of the core reasons the LP and PDP are arguing as the basis of the election being rigged.
This Yakubu is not acting like a professor because if the order is granted and the bvas machines reconfigured,it would just stiffen the view of the opposition and conspiracy theorists that INEC is doing it to wipe off evidence from the presidential elections, casting a permanent doubt on the 2023 presidential elections,no matter what the supreme court decides.

I do not understand the Judge's ruling sef. You either give the plaintiff a deadline or delay the governorship elections.
They lack a lot of things but It seems Prof is not good at communicating properly.

Pospone the governorship elections ofcuz. Who governors & the state house of assemply election help? What governance will take place again if not stealing of more resources/funds. Aren't they all warming to leave office in months. BVAS MUST NOT BE CONFIGUED till after the tribunal collects the evidence

Should we becos of Peter Obi is coming stop the world from rolling, won't governorship election hold on 11th, won't they use the BVAS machine or you expect INEC to order new BVAS with which time frame.
Already there is a news in circulation Peter OBi won 19 states inside 36states grin what other evidences did you people need again.

Since morning we are still waiting for obedient to list the 19 states OBi won. 🤣🤣 naive clowns

You are a joke. So what's the essence of BVAS if its to discard every data on it after each election.

Now they need the BVAS machine for governorship election to do what exactly? Why do they need it? If you cannot transmit election result from polling unit or keep the data in BVAS intact then it is useless to any election including the Saturday election they are claiming they want to use it for

Must the election be held, are you for real, they should prospone it till the case is concluded in court or till next year.

There's a timetable, by May, they are supposed to handover, do you think of that??

Everything has been grounded, until the election is over, businesses won't return to normal, so yeah, I don't give a crap about their case, if they can inspect it in a week, let them do so, if not let the rest of us continue with our lives.

Nothing stop them from conducting the election in April and still handover may

shocked INEC wants to reconfigure what? So that you can wipe of the glaring evidence of your electoral robbery & criminality right? INEC refused to load election results on its server portal because it wants to falsify election figures that ended up implicating it some more.

You can only save yourself by cancelling the entire election and conduct a fresh one, or the court will compel you to do the needful. Don't worry! Most Nigerians already have access to your wuruwuru.

I wonder how the urchins, miscreants and mummified zombies defending this useless government, Tinubu, INEC and this most fraudulent election feel in their conscience if they have any.

Ignorance is a terrible thing.

You think it's some classroom hand over, they need to do an audit, setup committee, I guess you don't know what handover means.

Even employers request 1 month from management staffs to properly handover, you want them to handover a state in a month.
