It's not my opinion but what Jesus himself said that his anointed brothers will be able to do with the help of God's Holy Spirit so that we can be sure that they're his representatives we need to recognize and work with them!
According to Jesus whoever fail to recognize his anointed brothers despite all their fine works he (Jesus) will condemn such ones in the day of judgement! Matthew 25:31-46
