....Fixes Rerun In 13 Polling Units

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared that there was no winner in the February 25 National Assembly Election in Doguwa and Tudunwada Federal Constituencies.

Alhassan Doguwa, Majority Leader of the House of Representatives, who contested on the All Progressives Congress (APC), was initially declared winner of the exercise.

However, the electoral umpire delisted his name from the reps-elect and failed to issue him a certificate of return.

The commission had said he was declared winner of the election under duress.

This followed the arrest of Doguwa in connection with the violence which broke out in the constituency during the collation of the election.

At least two people were killed when a secretariat of the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP) was set ablaze while in the area.

The police had arraigned the ranking lawmaker at a magistrate’s court which remanded him in prison.

But Doguwa was granted a N500 million bail and barred from Saturday’s election.

On Wednesday, Professor Ibrahim Adamu Yakasai, the Returning Officer for the election, announced the new development in Doguwa’s constituency.

This INEC is a huge joke.
Declared an incumbent winner under duress.
Now that he has case with the police, the election is now inconclusive .
The worst Electoral body have ever known in the history of this country

Ado Doguwa is a brutal killer.

He has no place near our National assembly.
The police should also go and capture Chimaroke Nnamani for killing LP's Oyibo Chukwu. The both of them should share the same cell.

The man can still reclaim his mandate in court, INEC do not have the power to cancel an election, once it is declared.

Sh they have been asking people to go to court. They have to prove to the court too that the result was declared under duress

Chimaroke Nnamani is EVIL

He is the reason why Mba will fail. I wish Mba never had anything to do with Chimaroke Nnamani and Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi. Mba looks like a good man but Chimaroke Nnamani and Ugwuanyi is a big baggage on any reputation he has. It is over clouding his humility already.

These are orders from above. Doguwa is being witch-hunted. And his principal, Baba Lagos is not saying or doing anything.
