I recently applied for the Federal Polytechnic Orogun, Delta State job and during the process, they sent us a link to give the 3 referees. Two of my referees signed and uploaded their recommendation letters, while the last one just uploaded it without signing.

Please, does it have any effect?

I was able to pass through the first page of registration for the ICPC recruitment ,I got an application ID now,I was able to logout and login again ,it is just to fill the second page and continue.

Please which browser are you using ?
