. You don't need any court on this matter as long as you are registered.When you get to the polling unit identify your name on the list. Only your thump is needed to identify you. In some states , there many with damaged cards yet BVAS identified them.Why court issue? You should be fine for wasting the time of the court on frivolity. Have
you been denied votes before? Is it the ruling of the court you will now take to the polling unit where hundreds of people are waiting to vote? Instead of going to court another time you are advised to go to the INEC office. The lawyers who took the case to court should have been sanction too for wasting the time of the court.

As long as the biometric verification system and touch screen technology are now cheaply available, the voters card and ballot papers are a waste of resources and time. They should be done away with.
