Good day Nairalanders,

Please I sincerely need your help/assistance/advice to help me secure US VISA

My wife younger brother that’s a doing a Masters Programme in one of the Universities in USA will be rounding up his programme by May, 2023 and the school gave him 3 slots opportunity to invite his family members and he gave me a slot of invitation to the USA.
From the mentioned date, I have limited time to get all things available.

NOTE:
1. I have valid Passport
2. Though I have been refused USA VISA far back 2012
3. I have Business name with account with GTB Bank. I have steady flows of cash on it, but not in million
4. I have 2 kids

Please what steps should I take now and how do I get the required documents without me spending much?

Lol you dont have up to a million meaning you cant even justify going on trip that will cost you close to 1m. Also you cant get interview date till like late 2024 or early 2025 .

Starting with this your letter is like u just want go the graduation ceremony and come back, if you really want make the give u visa for that ur bank statement must be huge, u must get at all least 10million, cause u must convince them at the embassy that u are okay enough to go USA and come back cause u are only going for the graduation but na only u know se u are not

1. Good bank statement 10m above
2. Round trip flight ticket
3 hotel reservations
4. Business tites to 9ja or property document
5. Your passport and yellow card
6 visa feee
7 your brother in law invitation letter and his phone number and university details

If you have all this 90% chance them go give u the visa

Thanks for your replied. Please how do I get these documents especially the Good bank statement 10m above? Do I need to look for someone that has money to help me run my corportate account or what should I do and also the property document?

There are people that do run am, if u fit see person wey fit help you do am, but the person do am one by one ooo, make e no just move the money into ur acct at once, 500k, 3m, 2m, and so on sha, so that it will look convincing that transaction are going on your account and that they didn’t just transfer the money for that so purpose

If you have lands of your own or a house of yours that worth millions you can just photocopy am and add am to but if you don’t then u have to find a way to run a fake one, and make sure the property u wan claim is something u can have access to or what you can describe off head without mistakes

@OP those comments above have not visited US embassy so don’t take them serious.
Meanwhile, US embassy will not ask you bank statements on a tourist visa neither do they ask to see your invitation letter. Apply and try your luck. My 2 cents

The US embassy does not dwell on documentation. You must be able to convince the Consular officer orally during your interview, and your application form that you submitted must make sense.

For instance you cannot say you want to go on sight seeing, and you will mention Indianapolis. Think it through.

Don't go and become an illegal Immigrant it's a long path to becoming legal resident or citizen.
If your brother inlaw is a citizen he can file for your family and your sister has the principal applicant.

If your tourists visa is granted and you stay back you might jeopardize your marriage.

The letter looks suspicious. No letter head. And US Embassy of where? They didn't include it there. And dafuq is "Visa Section"? Why did the guy invite you? Why didn't he invite his own mother? Or your wife, his siste? This is a fraud but it appears you desperation has gotten the best of you. Sha no go take loan.
