Did you ever think that is what happened? Senator Eke Ekewremadu should have done the test in Nigeria hospital to know if they match, meaning if the David's organ was suitable before flying him out. This shows that the senator was desperate and cut corners. He is guilty and it would be hard for him to escape punishment

I believe the case will be dismissed eventually. The burden of proof is on the prosecution to prove all they've alleged with a strong evidence to tie in the Ekweremadus to the alleged offence. The evidence so far has been merely soeculative and cannot be taken as fact .
