While this feature is cool, it's "coolness" will wear off after a few days with the phone, which makes this a gimmick. Tecno should focus on improving the software, user experience, and usability of its products instead.

LOL, I think you're right about the marketer aspect but it doesn't change the fact they're really trying a lot, if there's any room for improvement, I'm sure it would be done

Off course they do, security should be the number one thing because this generation, we make money and about 65% of our lives are within our gadgets and devices, so not just tecno but all smartphone brands should keep that in check
