Too late to cry, the train has already left the station, the Court should have given this order at least a month ago.

All is history now.
if you have brain you will know that this judgement is telling us that the rules of INEC were not followed, therefore the election is null and void.

Has INEC not uploaded all the presidential results on the IREV?

The court didn't order INEC to upload the result within a stipulated time. INEC can decide to upload the result after 48 hours or more. No court can order or force INEC to upload any result on IREV within a stipulated time.

We need to read and understand must of this court rulings!

Justice Obiora Egwuatu, in a judgment, also ordered the use of the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System, BVAS, to upload a scanned copy of the EC8A to INEC Result Viewing Portal, IReV, immediately after the completion of all the polling units voting and results’ procedures in Akwa Ibom.

RESULT PROCEDURES: Collation of the results from the ward level to the LGA level to the STATE COLLATION CENTRE where it will be projected on the screen.
immediately after voting is completed. There is different between voting and collation of results. Go back and read.
It also stated that it should be done at the polling units immediately after voting is completed.

But Mahmood Yakubu has no more need for excuses, because he has achieved his objective of renewal of the tenure of his kinsmen of Buhari cabal in Aso Rock, using old and sick Tinubu as front.

Section 60 of electoral act 2022...
(4) The presiding officer shall count and announce the result at the polling unit.
(5) The presiding officer shall transfer the results including total number of accredited
voters and the results of the ballot in "a manner" as prescribed by the Commission.
(6) A presiding officer who wilfully contravenes any provision of this section commits an
offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not more than N500,000 or imprisonment
for a term of at least six months.

The constitution did not say in "any" manner prescribed by the commission. It clearly says "a" manner. The manner or if you like, the set guidelines prescribed by INEC is to transmit the result electronically immediately after voting. It's clearly stated in the INEC guidelines.

Even as criminally minded as Alake is I'm sure he understands this. Mandate thieves! Òkan yin óníbalè insha Allah! Olè niyin olè
The key phrase is "...prescribed by the Commission" This gives INEC significant leeway over exactly how and it sends the information. In any case, the idea of electronic submission = sending scanned pdf of the form after it is signed by party agents.

You people make me laugh. Out of the over 170,000 polling unit about half are in urban areas with effective mobile data network to upload the results directly from the PU. Most networks in rural communities are basically for voice not data. Even the voice na problem in some communities. Again a good percentage of the communities in Nigeria as I write, don't have effective mobile coverage.

So how do you upload on IRev with no or poor data networkhuh??

grin grin grin grin grin The website capacity is too small and i am sure it wont work tommorow
If Election is head 10 times, that website wont work on election day
Inec need to build a massive website that can accommodate atleast 50 million unique visitors per hours before this shit can work on election day
But if after spending 350bn and they still can't get a website with sufficient bandwidth with dedicated servers then they are all criminals there.
