very simple. People just didn't come out to vote. It has nothing to do with INEC.
no, people did. I officially monitored the elections.

Many polling units didn't see any inec official....voting started in some quarters after 2pm which was the official closing hour.

Powerful response.

They know how to play the victim after inviting trouble.

They cannot dictate who rules us.

They cannot be dictated to, too, who rules them!

They should not be unfortunate.

The couple(Sisi Yemmie and her husband) had a very disappointing experience and you could hear it in her voice. It's not a good thing that negroids are stereotyping ethnic groups within the race based on physical appearance.

If there's any race in the world that should unite, it's black people who are not rated anywhere apart from Sub Saharan Africa.

All hands must be on deck to foster national unity. The outcome of 2023 General Elections seems to be the further division of a hugely diversified country.

As long as you are Nigerian, you have the constitutional right to vote and be voted for anywhere in Nigeria.

I hope that my children grow up in a country where they are not discriminated because of their r/l factor, h factor, cone head, flat head or yam legs.

Mehn... This is it.

Africa is cursed

Shameful what's happening in Lagos. In a sane society elections will be cancelled.

How anyone can support this party of pestilence and thuggery is beyond me. This is the machinery and structure they speak of. If this was how PDP behaved will APC sniff power?

Why not test your popularity in a free and fair manner

But, if everybody japa this country will remain the same forever.

Assuming canadians and americans ran away, would those countries be the way they are today?

Hence why I don't rate these japa messages. First of all, it's a statistical impossibility for even 50% of inhabitants of an area to emigrate to another area, moreso one thousands of kilometers away.
The grasses isn't always greener as depicted. I'm yet to hear any of our esteemed abroadians tell us or narrate a serious difficulty encountered there. That of course is an anomaly. Not sharing challenges and problems which they encounter in their daily lives.

An argument could be made that someone living in a serene estate in Abuja is more comfortable that one living in the inner cities of Chicago where gangsterism and gun violence is the order of the day. An average of 500 people a day are killed to gun violence in Chicago alone. Now, of course I'm not saying our country is better, I'm highlighting the differences in individual races.
Western countries have problems also unique to them.

I guess my main point is that throwing out a blanket statement again and again that everybody must leave their country is really not a good message. It's very nature is condescending.

You have only discussed the benefit of having the infrastructure. That's a deviation from the point. The point is that if he had to borrow for it, then it should not be considered an achievement.

If Dayo can identify those benefits then we don't need Buhari. Buhari should not list borrowing as an achievement.

Almost every infrastructure in the world was borrowed to build. So we can say there was no achievement anywhere in the world

An achievement is anything that makes the life of your people easier and makes doing business easier

My brother, my position about JAPA is littered on this thread!

Before you know it, young people will turn 50 with absolutely nothing to show for it. They will now constitute a generation of angry men as they age into the next chapter of life.

NA WITH FULL CHEST I TAKE TALK AM…JAPA!!!!!
in addendum

Those that can't japa, please if you have any means to steal from this country.. please steal all whether through fraud, armed robbery, kidnapping or bypassing loopholes.. do it bro.. but make sure you re not caught..

I was robbed this day last week.. I don't even blame those robbers, me too I'm doing my own robbery in my own way..

It's the condition of the jungle we re in..

But if you can japa, please japa and don't look back

It is well, this election can not be free in any sense. The intimidation is too much, here in Ogombo Ajah, we voted last time after election they broke all the boxes and our votes all became invalid. Fast forward to today I promised not to vote my son and colleagues encouraged me, I got there the classrooms we voted the last time we're all locked. The ask me vote thumbprint on a desk visible to all I refused. I went to the window cast my vote and about leaving the venue one of them called me Iya Ibeji, I looked back and greeted him . Only for him to start cursing me it was as if I killed his child. Just because I did not vote for their candidate I am so down with thinking now, what if at the end they lose and come for my head. It is well with my country, election is not a do or die affair o

Baba oasis no waste time at all.

Be silent in the face of the widespread violence, voter suppression and voter intimidation of a particular demography, then rush to start celebrating the results of this sham exercise while people are still lamenting the deeply flawed process. grin grin and then called those hurt by the nonsense irresponsible.

This is the mistake Nigerians keep making.

Why do you worry about the country so much when the country does not worry about you?

I wholeheartedly support the japa message. Infact, japaing from Nigeria right now should be an existential objective especially for people who plan on procreating/have procreated. Practically all the ruling political elites have dual nationalities incase yawa gas one day. So, why won't you tidy your own situation?
