Strafudeen:
I don't know what you hope to achieve with this apology, but let me tell you upfront, it will never be the same again.

Neighbors pointed out their neighbours to touts for harassment just like in Rwanda.

People were forced to say I am not igbo before they were left alone

Our sisters married into yoruba land are made to feel their children are illegitimate.

Christians betrayed fellow Christians for this tribal agenda.

I'm sorry but, I don't see how I can see the yoruba the same way again going forward, and I speak for very many people.

I hope it was worth it though, I hope the yoruba spiritual leaders who kept mute through this outrage really thought it through, denied their flock the benefit of raising their voice etc. I hope the wounding of the body of christ was worth it.
Rubbish lies

"Yourbas pointing out their igbo neighbours for beating like Rwanda"

Stop excergerating

And you guys have the perfect measurement for knowing who is a bigot. All Igbos are never bigots. Please go and sit down somewhere jare

I'm a Yoruba man from Ondo State who has made life among every ethnic groups, infact my best friend is Igbo and to say I am embarrassed by what is currently happening is an understatement.
I want you to always remember this useless touts attacking igbos and racially profiling them does not represent the whole of the Yoruba tribe, there are millions of us educated and exposed and we will always love and respect our Igbo friends and family.
Personally there is no tribe I respect as much as the igbos for thier resilience and economic skills.
I offer my sincere apologies.
This lowlifes uneducated tribal imbeciles have disgraced the Yoruba name and the consequences might linger for more than we'd want it to.
Today I almost fought my dad and he told me he has never seen me this angry and I have never raised my voice at him before, I shouted at him because he was trying to defend some of the nonsense happening in Lagos and I made it clear to him I am disappointed in him if that is how he feels , he was embarrassed.
I join you on this. The majority of those touts are here on NL. Many of them live in their parents' houses , still being fed. They're the poorest of the poor like I've always said. There's no name they didn't call me cos I chose not to support their thug and drug baron mentor. He's not a true representation of yoruba race and that's why i wasn't pained when GRV called him an afonja. He ought to have rephrased it as afonja the drug lord. He deserves worse insults. The call of Afonja whom the urchins generalised as an insult on yorubas was not even the father of yorubas. Afonja was like you and i who sold his territory to alimi, a fulani man out of stupidity and foolishness. I don't even see tinubu being sworn in, come May 29th. Argue this later, dear urchins. Had GRV called oduduwa name, I'd have picked annoyance but he never did that.

To all the igbos here in lagos, brace yourselves. Nobody can intimidate you. When the chips are down, they'd pick race. Na only mouth dem get. I've learned a lot from you guys, resilience, making the impossible possible, doggedness and ruggedly business minds, etc. There's a proverb which says if you can't beat them, you join them. Kudos to you guys..please don't relent. You have a right to vote your candidate just like those touts are doing. Before tinubu became governor in 1999, nobody saw igbos as a minority in lagos. Check history. Awolowo never behaved this way.

Like I've always said. In as much as tinubu remains relevant, the status quo will be there. The race has just begun. Please don't give up. GRV isn't the issue here. Jimmy Agbaje was also called names. They said he's an igbo agenda. Any candidate not endorsed by tinubu always has setbacks. Igbos are always their headache. They keep selling their lands to igbos who always had good money to buy them and after they've lavished the money, they then come back to attack you out of envy. What a generation of baastards they are. Awon omo oninakuna.

I visited Abule Ado recently and was shocked. See exotic houses springing out there all owned by igbos. A slum turned city. Ago Okota too was once like that..Igbos came and filled it up and made it habitable. Omo onilęs were busy selling it at high prices with nothing to show for the money.

If you leave Lagos, our revenues will drop and our people Will suffer. People will lose their jobs cos government can't run the affairs of state on budget deficit.

I'm a believer of God and I believe you'd all live to form your own country someday as prophesied. I won't say what would happen to Lagos and other places. But please while we're Still together. Let peace keep reigning.
