To win your case in court 1. You need money 2. You need qualified lawyers 3. You need connection within the Judiciary (Norm everywhere) 4. You need evidence that can be proven beyond doubt My prayers for Obi is to make sure he included all evidence in his affidavits, the margin votes between Obi and Tinubu, The 25% spread across the 25 states must also be proven beyond any doubt... That's only when Obi's case can be considered cos anything short, the petition na dust bin materials. Any discussion outside what's inside your affidavits won't be tolerated. The outcome of the presidential election is unclear to Obi, so he wants to seek clarification from court which is the best thing to do. Round 2, start 5 Likes |

helinues:He didn't get 25% in 25 states. He better forget it. But then he has to keep his supporters on the leash for the next 4 years. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Obaaderemi2: You think Obi would approach court without having any evidence of how he arrived at having 25% spread in 24 states, I don't want to think so. 7 Likes |

I get your point... but the actual fact is that Tinubu must prove he truly won in 24 states and the FCT... the FCT is not a state... some lawyers are also in court to contest this fact. Obi truly beyond every reasonable doubt has enough proofs...but just as you say, can his lawyers defend his mandate well? helinues: 3 Likes 1 Share |

peter0071: When I earlier said that Tinubu and APC affidavits would be brought to the court with trucks, some people don't understand. Apc constituted their legal team early before the election, apart from how INEC arrived at their figure which might have tallied with what Apc tallying centre arrived at with some marginal errors. The affidavits to support they indeed win the election have been considered immediately after Tinubu was declared the winner, and as for your rigging claim , not only presidential election took place on Feb 25, majority of those ballot snatches are mainly Reps and Senate aspirants showing their might which is irrespective of party. As long as Obi's lawyers can convince the panel of judges how he Obi and LP party got 25% in 24 states plus the highest votes which is the difference between Obi and Tinubu's votes. All the claims must be included in the affidavits 4 Likes |

helinues: You are very much on point 😎 I'm yet to see how a lamed deer will escape from the jaws of hungry lions. Thiefñubu should also sweat to provide overwhelming evidences that he won in some states in the SS and SE. Mostly in River and Imo states where I knew he failed woefully. 1 Like 1 Share |

helinues: Good In my opinion, apart from the INEC contravening The electoral act and its guidelines Obi need to prove which he will that Tinubu did not get the valid votes in so many states , a case in point is Rivers, Imo, Lagos etc That Tinubu did not meet the 25% requirement in FCT Abuja to be declared president elect as enshrined in the constitution And some other issues At the bolded, I thought they said that the judiciary is last hope of the common man 1 Like |

Ofunaofu: Always remember that your affidavits must include the marginal error votes. When you add all the votes in the states you listed, they are not up to the difference between Obi and Tinubu's votes. The interesting debate in this court proceedings would be how Obi arrived at getting 25% in both NW and NE than the states INEC allocated to him 1 Like |

Obi has no case to win. He did not meet the constitutional requirements to be elected president so there so no magic any lawyer can perform. 8 Likes |
