Let's talk easy but difficult meals...

Pap and custard are one of the many meals that look easy to make but actually very difficult to prepare for most people including myself.

As much as we'll want to deny it, everyone of us has messed this up before.

Trust me, you'll need to have the special skill or else you'll end up making nonsense which you'll still have to eat anyways😅

I can remember I had to reboil it after making it, just so it could be less watery enough for me to eat but then it ended up having lumps like the one in Slide 3 🤦

So yeah, the pap and custard has to be mixed with the right proportion of water and if you miss this, just say goodbye to your breakfast.

Now the question goes, How good are you in making pap and custard? Do you have that special skill?

That's (ogi) my mum's best food, them no born you well make e get lumps. We just learned it unconsciously right from our tender ages. the most challenging aspects of it are the water to ogi/custard ratio and the pouring skill

There is nothing difficult in making pap or custard, just make sure the water reaches boiling point then when you pour it in you stir properlty and afterwards you cover it briefly for about 2 minutes
