If US could not establish a connection between Tinubu and drugs or link him to the drugs to afford conviction, is it Peter obi that will after so many years? Whenever my salary is paid, I move some particular amount from my salary to my savings account. Then one day, I realized that the money in my savings account was frozen. This present case is also a test of the american judicial system. How can someone earning less than $5000 own abd forfeit over $400,000? Where did he make all that millions in his account?

There is difference between a "PENDiNG" and a case that as being ajudicated ... Tinubu case was adjudicated and as far as the US judiciary system is concern it is done & dusted.
200 of Peter Obi can not go to america and re-open that case, OBI is a toddler, is fathers OBJ, Bode George, and Gani fawehim all failed on these very case.
Nigeria judiciary system lacks competence to make pronouncement on a case that happen offshore.
I don't know what really happened, i saw a post today a mechanic received an alert of 10million naira but he returned it, now imagine he refuse to return it and he started spending the money as per God's blessing, turns out the money was mistakenly sent by kidnappers that are now in Dss custody upon tracing the kidnappers account they found out 10m was sent to the mechanic, what did you think will happen to the mechanic, even if proves he is innocent will he get to keep the money or forfeit the money ??

Let's watch sha. The Obi's point may not be based on conviction of a crime but dishonesty. Let's even agree that it wasn't drug money, why was such huge amount found in his account when his known salary could not have amounted to that? And again, why forfeit such huge amount if he wasn't liable of any offence? You should be aware that tax evasion is a criminal offence, so even if that money forfeiture was a penalty for that, it is still a dent on his image.
That mechanic is liable because he did not inform the bank or the police, and he even started eating it.
