Aisha Yesufu, a social critic and strong supporter of Peter Obi, the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, has disclosed why she is not worried about a coordinated smear campaign against her principal.

Yesufu, who revealed this on Wednesday in a post via her verified Twitter handle, claimed that the people attacking Obi had been rattled because they knew they didn’t have a case at the Appeal Court or Supreme Court.

While insisting that Obi would get his mandate back, Yesufu said there was evidence that they stole it.

She wrote, ”I’m happy about the smear campaign against Peter obi. It shows they are rattled. They know they don’t have a case at the Supreme Court and with the Judiciary and the Appeal Court. So now, that is why they are focused on all these smear campaigns. You see the coordinated attack saying ”Peter Obi is not fit to be president; he brought division”….. it’s all a coordinated attack.

”They are scared. They know that with all the evidence on the ground, even the Judge wee his head no too dey go know say this one they steal but they no steal well. They left a lot of evidence. This fight, we are on it; we are getting our mandate back.”

Let's allow the court to do their job peacefully, no need for all these . We trust our judiciary to carry out their work effectively and if there was any stolen mandate, then let it be returned and if there's non then let everyone rest and go about their normal lives.

It was a coordinated attack to distract Nigerians from what is happening around the president elect.

First, we were told of the letter he personally signed after the governorship election, as if it was the soothing balm needed. It was so publicized to keep our eyes there.

But unknown to many, the guy was out of the country for medical reasons. When it came to limelight, a quick press release was issued to inform us that he had gone for a holiday from London through France to Saudi Arabia.

News also have it that the CJN had already left the country to where? Guess! London. The mode he left was described as one on a wheelchair to avoid attracting attentions. He was said to have had series of meetings with Tinubu and guess the topic? Obi election petition and the prying eyes of the international community that have refused to congratulate him on his election "victory"
