In the corporate world, everything is not about competency. Sometimes, organisations change strategy and maybe, just maybe, the gaffer in charge does not fit into that strategy.

The process of recruiting a new coach while he is still in full contract, without issuing him a notice of termination is unlawful!

To further embarrass him by making him learn of his replacement via the media before he is out the door is just devilish!

In any case... There is no guarantee that a washed out Tuchel will do any wonders for them!

If he were available, Zidane would have been the best fit for the job!

I totally agree with you but I still think we are not privy to all the discussions.

Sometime last year, there was a rumour Nagel might not stay long. I'll look for the reference.
