It's a spin-off of the John Wick franchise. Not necessarily a John Wick movie per se, but a side quest

I don't see anything wrong with female led movies. You people just want to find problem where there is none. What matters is if the story is good and if the main character is not being shortchanged in order to promote a woman led film. It's not as if they're changing John Wick to a female Johanna Wicked. 🙄

There have been pretty good action movies with female leads in the past. 👇👇

It's chances of hitting a billion dollars is kneecapped by it's runtime mainly because, theatres won't give the movie enough playtime. For example, Instead of the film being played in cinemas 4 times a day, it'd be reduced to prolly twice a day. Other blockbuster movies needs to be played too.
Also reduces repeat watch from viewers. That already reduces it's possible box office earnings.

That's still not accounting for people that might not want to watch it in theatres because of the length. Some would sit back and prefer to watch at the comfort of their homes. They might be forced to other movie options and wait for Blu-ray or Streaming. It's most likely the most loyal fans that would still watch in anyways and return multiple times.

Lol, I intentionally removed Anna.
I wanted to add it and Red Sparrow which both share similar themes but remembered they were divisive. They're very good enjoyable films to me but they're not so loved by critics and audience. They're divisive.
