Some prominent Lagosians have to hold a workshop on returning the land to Lagosians. It can be done as in most world cities through loans and grants to preserve old heritage buildings while rehabilitating the inside of old buildings and family compounds.

Beneficiaries of looting, oil billionaires, 419 and the latest drug dealers go for the safest and the most peaceful place in the country at any price.

When they are overthrown from the seats of Oligarchy, thrown out by political opponents, chased out by thugs, they run to Lagos.

Where do Lagosians run to?

Opolopoopolonio:
Piigggidiots amaka cheesy

Children yet unborn will still own property in Lagos.

You can't even afford a plot of land anywhere in Lagos and you are here making noise.

Igbos and other tribes will keep buying up every available land and old dilapidated building and turn them to mansions.

In 10 years to come, all Yorubas won't be able to rent a room in Lagos.

Sanwo Olu should revoke their C of Os and demolish them

Just like Peter Obi was doing in Anambra when he was Governor

Especially Properties of Drug Dealers, Fraudsters , Fake Drugs Merchants and Kidnappers

LASG should liase with Interpol Malaysia South Africa US UK etc to get the Identities

Of international Criminals with Properties in Lagos

Property obtained through honest hard work or Business should be left in Peace

The so called leaders in Lagos should be leaders of thought, ideas and principles where progressive plans are hatched out and tendered for implementation by Government, non-profit agencies, philanthropists and the grassroots.

This Election is a Wake Up Call. The urgency and opportunity presented must not be missed.
