(b) he has not less than one-quarter of the votes cast at the election each of at least two-thirds of all the States in the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. You missed the most critical and important word in the act, AND the FTC, it did not say IN the FTC. You pandora people really need to learn how to read and comprehend simple English. 2 Likes |

The blindness of IPOBIANS and BIAFRANS is second to none. Why calling for interim government after taken your case to court for adjudication? In your submission, Your Ob-idiot Pandora man never asked the tribunal to impose an interim government, Now you want to impose your wishful thinking to through the back door. You strange strategy lack wisdom and common sense. The move your Obi-diot is making will suffocate and strangulate the IGBOs |

Re: Interim Government: Why Tinubu Cannot Be Sworn-in On May 29 by gotnel: 7:30am On Mar 30, 2023 |
Newton2024: Nonsense of the highest order. The issue of fct has been settled more than 3 times by Supreme Court of Nigeria. Those who are pointing to this issue are just looking for trouble where there is none. Tinubu will be inaugurated on 29th May 2023 as president and commander in chief of armed forces of the federal Republic of Nigeria God help us |

Newton2024: Allow the court to decide on that. You are not a judge. When Dhatti Ahmed rigged senate election in Bornu, he was sworn in as senator for one year before he was removed by court for cheating in election. He cannot say Tinubu must not be sworn in because that’s the law. Let him go to court to prove he won the election. 1 Like |

Newton2024:Your "response", his or mine doesn't matter when it comes to matters that touches on the LAW! Right now there are FOR and AGAINST on this matter even among SANs. We can argue back and forth and no matter how emotional you are about this issue, this will be put to rest once and for all by the law courts and all these threads you folks churn up to give credence to your OPINION has no basis in court! So make una rest! |
Re: Interim Government: Why Tinubu Cannot Be Sworn-in On May 29 by SenatePresdo(m): 9:04am On Mar 30, 2023 |
Globad: That's not mathematically possible. If a candidate wins all the states, he's likely to win Abuja with a landslide, because Abuja is a miniaturized Nigeria, so it will reflect. |

Globad: Just to be clear, are you calling the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria nonsense?? It is the right of any aggrieved party to table a matter before the courts no matter how flimsy. What the courts decide to do is entirely up to them there! Wait for the courts to rule before addressing anyone’s opinions as nonsense! |
