We all know how food can be somehow strange, right? cheesy
What you might consider delicious as a local, might taste weird to a foreigner.
So, assuming you had a visitor from a foreign country, what Nigerian food(s) would you confidently offer, that you're sure he/she would enjoy? cheesy

For me, without wasting time, I'd start with delicious Boli and fish first and foremost, to get the taste buds rolling.
Something sweet never fails. cheesy
Then, delicious native rice won't be bad.
After that, a couple of other delicious dishes.

If it’s a man, give him very thick pap(Akamu) mixed with liquid milk, with better well done beans & plantain or moi moi.
Think outside the box.

You’re welcome

- Jollof rice with plantain
- Pounded yam with Egusi

Pounded yam with egusi soup
This will be a banger but make sure the egusi is not peppery. Many are just getting accustomed to pepper.

Remove the stew. Oyinbo do not like chilly or pepper.

when dem dun shayo finish, fish and plantain - e dey sell well for foreign land - no go over price because food cheap outside this sh*thole.

If you know say dem dun chop before, but dey very tipsy, give dem spicy tender meat suya.

If dem come visit you for a couple of days, give dem jellof or rice and stew, then follow up with edikainko soup and poundy, then when their taste dun mature, give them ofe nsala, later introduce abacha with shrimp, then increase their level, to ishi ewu sauce with goat body, then banga sauce with rice. Them go just succumb to your hosting. Meanwhile, you dey do pawpaw, pineapple, soursoup, watermelon, etc to help dey flush the internal system. Their body go just improve from before them come to the time dem wan go.
