Ma'am most drivers cover that distance in 3 weeks, I am sure about that because anytime I work I set millage to know how much distance I'll cover in a week.
Though I am not saying everybody should be servicing their cars every three weeks, but it's better you calculate it with distance covered.

I wouldn't advise anybody to put a used car worth 5m into this business. As it is currently constituted, combined with our economy, it isn't meant for luxury cars or porshness... Even if u don't want to make profit, calculate how long it will take to pay 5m. Then imagine what will be left of that car after the payment is completed.

When u have finished imagining, add more misery to d picture. The amount of misery will be determined by the amount u add to the 5m for the driver to pay.

So before u talk of fairness, I would like you to consider wisdom and keep ur investment in this business below 2.5m. I would have said 1.5m but it's u and driver that will still fight ontop car repairs.

In picking trips. Just calculate fast. Let go of 200. It won't kill you but has a positive effect.

You are in ikeja. Na any how trips you will pick. You go out of lest say ojokoro. Na still anyhow trip you go pick expeically when you are ikeja.

You will see 100m and you will pick the price and they won't still pick you!

Yes, distance is what you should use. I find it hard to believe you are covering 3,000 miles in 3 weeks. We spend a lot of time in Nigeria in TRAFFIC, not covering long distances. As an experiment I did Uber Eats for a while when I was in Houston which is notoriously widespread and didn't do anywhere near that many miles in 3 weeks. Not kilometers o! MILES. Again, I could be wrong and you could be driving that much. Just make sure you are counting the right thing and not wasting money.

If you are using a good synthetic and filter, you can even do 6-10k miles between oil changes and it is MUCH cheaper.
