Mummyfour... Let me not say wetin dey my mind! Just wait... One idiot on this forum is coming to defend them out of what he thinks is Patriotism... He will be looking for how to draw comparisons to other nations! Most of them are still defending INEC till tomorrow regarding that sham of an election! This is exactly what you get when leadership failure and mediocrity are tolerated and accepted out of religious and tribal sentiments. These people at the top will never improve because they believe or know the system has no control or disciplinary checks. Corruption and Incompetence are now being accepted as normal by most Nigerians... Instead of addressing such issues, we start fighting over tribe and religion. |

Only 1 of my wards could write. Left home at about 5:30am and couldn't write till about 3:15pm. I hope and pray this won't be what they face come the real exam day. |

Incompetence is the keyword to every positive activity in Nigeria. |

Should I explain how this is directly tied to the failed government some of the parents and kids support on daily basis, the suffering will touch every nook and cranny of Nigeria. You all will learn wisdom in gray hairs, you want people to speak out against jamb, but you hide your voices when INEC and APC are making mockery of the will and prosperity of the people, shame on you parents! Every public institutions in Nigeria is directed by impunitous leaders, with no respect for genuine public concerns and accountability. Yakubu you all in the name of Falz |

We are in a very horrible country where laws and guidelines are always broken by the same people who make them. The worst part of it is that nobody is held accountable for avoidable failures. |

First off, I need to understand something. This mock jamb, was it a mandatory prerequisite for the selected children? If it wasn't, then OP, you're a fool for even letting your ward attend an exam organised by the same Nigerian Government that couldn't deliver a decent and credible electoral process even with over 300billion naira budgeted for that purpose! Are you even aware that a lot of Ad-hoc staff deployed by INEC for the just concluded elections are yet to be paid? Una no dey learn lessons for this country! Pikin wey you born na im you carry go dey do educational experiment for the APC government of today's Nigeria. I swear, you need beatings! |

christejames:Is not flushing the Evil politicians out of the system alone... what about the corrupt mindset of the followers too? More corrupt than the evil politicians. We need to work on our mindset, especially the followers and the leaders. |

GSS by custom HQ Wuse 3 was better I guess. The delay was just network and taking their time to teach the students in preparation for the coming jamb. So thumbs up. |

Luckysbab:This is 2023 not 1918, you dumbos should stop excusing Ill performance. Create a server with that capacity and it will work. GRE and SAT carry out similar exams for applicants across the world and they do so with no glitches! |

Angelfrost:And the annoying thing is that those children were so disappointed in our systems. They watched their parents being talked down at. Infact some of the children witnessed their parents being manhandled by security operatives that came with the high and mighty jamb Registrar. Just to write mock jamb that we paid for o. Jamb Registrar came in with 3 or more Hilux trucks filled with security personnel , all in the name of trying to address a tense situation on ground. There is really nothing to defend here. We got a call in from the PRO from jamb to a radio station, talking all manner of rubbish lies in defense of their failure. Some children were even heard saying " if this is ordinary mock jamb, how will the main jamb be like?" The PRO, made us know in not his direct words, that our children were used as guinea pigs to test run their ineffiency. And the jamb Registrar was aware, but was instead flexing muscles with parents. This country is a joke |

Mummyfour:Trace the appointment of that Registrar, and you will understand why religion and ethnicity have ruined this nation irreparably! We don't even appoint people based on merit and efficiency anymore. |
| Re: Today's Mock Jamb Was Indeed A Mockery by Mummyfour(op): 2:42pm On Mar 31, 2023 |
NAC1666:No! This wasn't the case of African Time. The children were basically used as guinea pigs to test their softwares. African time of from 7am to 3:40pm?. The Jamb PRO that called into a radio station where I work to analyze this issue, practically made us know that our children were used to test run the jamb. And we paid for our children to be used and also maltreated?. What sort of country is this? |

Mummyfour, seun and whichever mod put this on the frontpage, God bless you immensely. This needed to be out there so that the public can pressure the ministry of education to correct all the lapses before the actual examination. Yesterday was a national embarrassment that shouldn't be allowed to repeat itself. If Lagos was this abysmal, I wonder what happened in other states! ![]() |

Angelfrost:I was disappointed in that man yesterday. A man that ought to be a father. Infact when some parents were being manhandled, especially the ones that were making a video of the whole scenerio, he turned his eyes away and pretended he wasn't seeing it. Even when parents were yelling at the security personnel to stop, he never gave the orders to his bull dogs to sheath their guns This is what you get when you carry ignorant square pegs and put in round holes. This is what you get when people that are given leadership positions in Nigeria use it to trample on others. |
