Obi is not a bad person, he is just not skilled in the act of Nigerian politics. All politicians use the ethnic and religious card and get away with it, but because of the I can never do wrong persona he put out he is getting the backlash.

To be honest the reason Peter Obi didn't win is his deputy Datti. Peter Obi had a great outing in the south and parts of the NC. Datti couldn't get the core north to give LP 30% votes, that would have been enough to swing the elections in their favour.

Peter Obi should have pressed president Obasanjo to prevail on Kwankwaso to be his running mate, the odds would have been better up north.

These people are going to continually dig up dirt on Peter Obi, till they get what can bury him.

I hope the LP start working on the different facets of structure for their party. It is really irritating to know that a presidential candidate was making calls on an insecure line, call encryption isn't expensive, why did the labor party communication team not get a secure line for Peter Obi?

We’ve passed the stage of whether the video is fake or not. What I am trying to know personally is how exactly did the leak happened.

That means someone can just obtain the private call of Tinubu, Atiku, or any other person and privacy will be invaded. Normally DSS themselves need to act up on this and reveal who did the leak.


Confusion enter LP camp. That's why!
Some LP bigwigs who I believe to be easterners actually leaked the audio call just to shame the Pastor since the confidence the pastor gave to them fell short expectation woefully. It's one of those things.

No, actually..

Remove sentiment.. Tinubu used a M/M ticket. He then face Nigerians to campaign. Tinubu did not visit mosques 1 by 1. He didn't tell any religion leader this election is a war..

There's a difference between what Tinubu did and what Obi did... One was political calculation. The other was religion discrimination..

Before tinubu, some past politicians have used same Faith ticket to run for presidency and their was no noise at all. So tinubu isn't the first person to use same faith ticket to contest for presidency..

PO later acknowledged that the audio is fake, but we all know it’s an afterthought. He knows there is no way he can talk his way out of dark realities of the audio, so he had to just deny. But go back and listen to Adeboye yesterday, he didn’t deny. He only said that he never campaigned for any politician

It’s unfair to blame Datti for their failure.
Datti is a classic of “you can’t give what you don’t have”.
Obi is an unattractive product up north. There’s nothing Datti can do about it!
But I’d agree with you that he was largely laidback. He never believed in the movement. He never knew they’d have so much votes down south.
