Just found out my wife is pregnant
I suddenly lose all motivation to eat and go to work .
I've 4 kids and don't want another one.
Is it possible to abort this incoming one ?

I have often heard that the people that abort most are married women with their husband's consent, this is just confirming my doubt. But let me inform you, if anything goes wrong during the process of aborting the baby, you are on your own

Don't abort.
Let your wife give birth and do family planning or she could get her tubes tied or you do a vasectomy.
Just double your hustle cos it won't be easy with 5 kids.
Training 3 kids is hard in this economy not to talk of 5.

They are scared of the word permanent.
The idea that it won't be reversed scares the sh$it outta them men and women.

Are you serious? Why is it so hard for them to get a vasectomy or hysterectomy once they are done giving birth or having the number of children they wanted?

These methods are a more permanent solution to the issue of unwanted pregnancies/children. One would think after the first child the realities of child care would be ingrained in the hearts of married people, enough to know that having children is not child's play and they need to be cautious about how many they procreate.

How many months?
And have you spoken to your wife to see if she wants an abortion? If so, the best place to get advise on the possibility and risks is a clinic/hospital, not nairaland.
