It will give no room to review evidence and do cross examination. |

Absolute nonsense. The law gives the tribunal 180 days to decide on the petition for a reason. So, why rush them? LP and PDP raised a lot of frivolous issues and they didn’t file their cases until the last day of the 21 days given to them. APC will raise a lot of frivolous issues as well and they won’t file their response and cross petition till the last day of the 21 days given to them to respond. So, how will the tribunal give judgement in 7 days? Agbakoba and some of these guys that are expected to know should stop putting unnecessary pressure on the judiciary. They have 180 days, let them take their time to do their work and examine all evidences. Why the rush? |

Did INEC give room for “supplying evidence” and “careful collation”? ![]() Was it not at 4AM the next day SHAM RESULTS were given to NIGERIANS despite ALL THE HITCHES? Till today, INEC is still uploading results to IREV. Yet, a winner was declared and subsequent elections postponed BY ONE WEEK. SHAMBOLIC YES DADDY SELECTIONS. ![]() |

And the same constitution mandates tribunal to make decisions within 180days of the petitions so why all the fuss ? People that were not competent when they held positions in Nigeria in the past are raising their cracked voices. |
