Tinubu won the election by almost 2m votes as declared by INEC.

2. Non disclosure of foreign citizenship by Tinubu. Tribunal doesn't have jurisdiction over this since it's not part of the reasons for disqualification in electoral law.

3. Inec non compliance
INEC only need to substantially comply with electoral act which they did.

4. 25% spread in 24 States & FCT
FCT is a state according to constitution without any special status.

5. Eligibility of the respondent to contest due to forfeiture of $460,000 & drug trafficking.
There is no court judgment indicted Tinubu on this and Tribunal doesn't have jurisdiction to start the case afresh.
