Trump denied appeal to prevent advisors from testifying under executive privilege. I don't think the denial is the big deal, it's the speed of the denial. Filed motion last night, denied today afternoon.

Yeah exactly. He's so crazy, that things that would be HUGE news are just side notes.
I thought Congress should have expressly made a fast lane for inter branch appeals or appeals for things like executive privilege. But, if the court can do it this fast, makes you wonder why they don't all the time. Also puts the delay with all the Trump judges in greater perspective.
