It’s just that we have shit.Ty leaders who have made their followers used to mediocre performance in governance.

He tried though and really one of the best in this government.

Projects without budget and accountability equals ZERO.

You do project without showing the budget and people are singing and dancing for you.
Only in a shitthole like Nigeria.

In Nigeria sef, the more projects you do, the more kickbacks you receive.

That is why certain governors don't create

employments, invest in human capital developments or invest in education and scholarships.
Cus those ones come with easier accountability.

Rather they prefer to do conspicuous projects like roads and bridges.
